This approach is intended for people who want deep and effective change in the shortest possible time.Through a combination of the Eutaptics® method and conversational hypnosis, the work focuses on subconscious patterns - the place where emotional blockages and recurring problems arise.Classical therapy• Focus on understanding and conversation• Support through trauma management• Process without a clear time frame• Work through time and continuity• Symptom relief• Often a long-term processVedrana's approach• Focus on the cause of the problem• Clearly defined work goal• Intensive and focused process• Resolution, not just relief• Concrete and visible changes• Speed, clarity and final outcomeThe process ends in a stable and positive state, with a feeling of relief and change.
The value of this work lies in its effectiveness and individual approach. With clearly set goals, energy is directed towards change that exceeds expectations:more clarity, more stability, more inner peace and concrete progress in everyday life. The results are disproportionate to the time invested, because the process works on the cause and patterns behind the symptoms. You enter the process with confidence - knowing that there is clear direction and support through every step. You invest with clarity, because you know exactly what you are getting. You emerge with a change that is visible, tangible, and sustainable in the long term.
Changes occur differently for each client:for some they are immediate and very pronouncedothers experience gradual, steady shiftssometimes changes develop over time, even months after workIn practice, it is usually a combination of the above. In addition to solving the primary problem, clients often notice additional positive changes such as:better quality relationshipseasier communicationa greater sense of inner freedomnew life opportunities
The work focuses on the connection between emotional patterns and bodily reactions.Certain clients also experience an improvement in their physical condition, but this method is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
Complete openness towards the therapist allows for the fastest and most profound results. If there is a part you do not want to share, it is important to at least emphasize that it exists, but with the understanding that this may affect the speed and depth of change. All information shared during the work remains confidential.
After the meeting, it is recommended to:Rest or take a short napLight activities that do not activate a deep inner processDo not analyze or retell the process, in order to allow for the natural integration of changes.Avoid:Driving immediately after sessionMeditation and other methods of working on the subconscious for a monthThe integration process occurs naturally and may include different phases - including temporary fluctuations in feelings, which is a normal part of the process.
Between meetings, a key process of our therapy takes place, which is integration. It is recommended:not analyze the processdo not introduce other methods of work for a month after therapyThe next meeting (if necessary) is planned only when the process in the client stabilizes and he no longer feels changes in himself.
