For the price of one therapy session, this program provides you with a lifelong skill for working on yourself. Once you master the method, you will be able to apply it in different life situations - without the need for constant external support. This course offers a clear process that allows you to change the way you experience these experiences. The relationship with trauma changes. It loses its emotional power, so the perception of life becomes more open, stable and alive - because trauma no longer controls your inner state. This course is for you if: • you want to actively help yourself • you are aware that trauma is an experience from the past, not your current reality • you do not want past events to shape your present and future • you want to learn how to independently regulate emotional reactions • you want to be a more present, stable partner, parent and family member This course is not recommended if: • you easily enter into intense arousal, dissociative or overwhelming states • you have strong physical reactions when working with trauma • you are not ready to take responsibility for your own process • you want to take the course without the intention of actually working according to the instructions In these cases, individual work with professional support is recommended.
