01 Pricing & payment
Payment is made in advance, before the session is confirmed, via credit card, PayPal, Stripe or direct bank transfer.
02 Cancellation policy
Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you.

Cancellations or changes to appointments are possible with a minimum of 24 hours notice, except in emergency situations.

It is possible to request a change to an agreed appointment a maximum of two times. After that, the collaboration may be terminated.
Unused or prepaid sessions

They are not transferable.

They are not entitled to a refund.

03 Confidentiality
All information and details shared during our work together remain strictly confidential, except where otherwise required by law.
04 Important
Vedrana Meštrović does not work with individuals who plan or participate in unlawful activities, intend to cause harm to others, or seek to use this work for manipulation, control or exploitation of others.
Vedrana Meštrović reserves the right to decline or terminate the collaboration at any time. In such cases, a refund is not guaranteed.
05 Nature of the service
Hypnosis and Eutaptics® are not medical or psychotherapeutic methods and do not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment. Vedrana Meštrović does not diagnose conditions or prescribe therapy.
06 Responsibility and Participation

The success of the process depends on my own commitment, willingness to change, and active participation.

I am responsible for my mental health at all times.
07 Scope of work

The scope of work for the initial process is defined by the problem stated in the questionnaire.

The scope of work for the annual process is adjusted to your current needs and development.

The cooperation can be terminated at any time, but there is no refund for services already contracted and started.

I am aware that conversational hypnosis and the Eutaptics® approach, including physical contact as part of the method, may be used with my permission.
